We celebrated Ascension Day yesterday and it is the day that Jesus went back to God in heaven. It is a special day for all of us because we know he is safe with his father and always with us, because that is what he promised. His friends the disciples were sad to lose their friend but they knew that had lots of work to do to tell people about Jesus.
In room 6’s Cybersmart lesson we created the first step was we clicked all about me.
The part that I enjoyed the most was filling in the blanks about myself.
The part I found the most challenging was inserting my picture.
First we got the print of the poppy. Next we got red see through paper and the print was sticky so we put the see through paper on the sticky part of the poppy. Next we cut one clear circle and we put it in the middle of the poppy. Finally we put the poppy on the window and coloured the middle part black. I liked creating my ANZAC poppy and it shines brightly on a sunny day. Lest We Forget.
In Cybersmart last week we created Polyline portraits. l really enjoyed drawing the different shapes.
